Role Description:

• Help students learn and understand new concepts through course material (slides, readings, etc.).
• Prepare and post lesson content.
• May lead group initiatives.

Tutor Qualifications:

• Have completed Grade 9, including math and science.
• Identify as a woman/non-binary.
• Have previous experience and proficient knowledge of course content.

Required Skills:

• Proficient skills in technology and making slides
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, encouraging, and engaging

Key Responsibilities:

• Showing commitment to Girls in Med (must commit to a full course length)
• Having no unexcused absences
• Keeping in contact with the team and checking messages on a regular basis
• Uploading required material and managing Google Classrooms
• Preparing for lessons beforehand (games, quizzes, slides, etc.)
