Course Description: Mini Med pairs students up with academic high school students for free tutoring in Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and French. Tutors will provide advice and insights regarding clubs, subjects, AP/IB, and tips moving on to high school.

Course Description: The health science field is so large and vast, and if you find yourself overwhelmed with how many individual niches there are to explore, check out the General Health Sciences course! Finally, we’ll finish things off by applying what we’ve learned in a relevant and impactful community project.

Genetics
Course Description: Have you ever wondered what makes you you? Why you look more similar to your dad, and why you have the hair color that you do? If so, sign up for the Genetics course! We’ll look at Mendelian genetics, like Punnett squares and trace back traits in pedigrees. As well, we’ll zoom into the molecular level, and examine the structure of DNA and how it translates into what we see when we look in the mirror!
